Amazing experience. Great service, clean rooms, nice television with lots of channels. Far better than hotel we stayed at earlier on in this trip and much more reasonable price. Highly recommend this place.

I can say that my stay at The Imperial Motel in Cortland was absolutely top notch. All I was looking for was a clean, comfortable, convenient room for a couple nights at a great price and I got all of these at The Imperial, in spades. Plenty of parking and right in the middle of The Crown City of Cortland, NY. I've been in other motels in the Cortland area and for the quality and value I've experienced here, I do not need to, and will not, look anywhere else. I'll be back.

Terrific looking room! It had cable tv, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, an option to either turn on the heat or air conditioner. Very clean. Great, convenient location. Easy check in. Hope to stay there again!

Made a last minute pit stop for the night. Friendly check-in, room was dated but spotless. Already at 70 degrees so I didn't walk in to an ice bix (in February). Good selection of restaraunts and bars within walking distance. Clerk noticed where I parked and gave me the room right there which is a small detail, but shows they appreciate their guests and are on top of things. For the money it's a great bargain. If your budget-minded I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The experience was alright, no complaints but nothing extraordinary. The price was very good, the cheapest we could find in the area. For the price, I would say that the quality of the room was pretty good. But the reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the honesty of the people who work here. I had accidentally left a silver necklace that has a lot of sentimental value, and only realized this a week later, when I was already back in Canada (that's where I live). I gave them a call, and it turned out that they had found the necklace and kept it with them. They shipped it back to Canada for me, and I was so happy to get it back. I am very grateful for their honesty.

I was wary of staying here but after a long hellish day at work, I decided to come here because it was raining. Owner very nice. Room clean and the hotel appears to be remodeled and so nicely done. It used to look so run down before and scary. I can’t believe the change from before COVID. Don’t need “visitors”. Owner is trying to keep out drug traffic and people should be happy about this. Used to be a scary place before. It’s safer now and I felt ok staying here. Before, I didn’t even like to drive by it! Much better and I bet the town is glad these owners cleaned it up and don’t want riff raff!
